If you are using any coco-spread then you can use that too but at first keep the chocolate spread in the fridge for 10 to 15 mins then take 1 tsp of it make small chocolate balls and fill them in the dough balls.
  4. Now very gently, brush some milk over it. Spread some sesame seeds over it. And place it in a baking tray. Cover it & let it rest again for 30 mins.You will notice again the choco-balls has doubled up in size.
  5. Now you and bake it in oven as you bake normal pav or you can either steam it as dhoklas or idlis in a low flame for 15 mins. It's upto you. I have steamed them because steaming process makes the buns cottony soft. Your choco buns are now ready to serve.
